He is the town mayor of a city that belongs to the tribe of the Oheera and is a proud and commanding figure who holds a deep love for his community. As the leader of the town militia, he takes his role seriously and will do whatever it takes to protect his people. When he catches the hero in one of the games missions and accuses him of being a thief, his sense of justice and duty to the town compels him to pursue the matter with relentless determination. Though his pride may blind him at times, his unwavering devotion to his town remains an admirable quality.

The first custom line is said during a time of peace when the player visits him. The second one when he catches the player sneaking around a research facility that is off limits. The third one is said after the player tries to free himself by saying that he is helping the tribe of Leos through unconventional means.
