Miranda is one of if not the most sought after Maids in the entire Country she not only trains the rest of the maids amongst the castle but also works just as hard if not harder.
She did not have a high opinion of Rowena when she started working, and complained constantly about her, but as years went on she become less harsh and more like a 2nd Mother to Rowena, she even risked her life to help rescue Princess Eleanor and Rowena and help them escape the Kingdom which succeeded.
What happened afterwards is at this point still a Mystery.

Miranda: (sighs) I was wrong about you… turns out, your leagues above any applicant I would’ve given to Eleanor, they’d never die for her. Thank you. (reflecting on Rowena's loyalty to Princess Eleanor)
Miranda: She won’t leave you to face the wrath of the church or your father. Ava has everyone convinced your under Rowena’s spell, and if she escapes death the only way to free you would be your death. (Letting Eleanor know what Rowena told her)
