The one to fix your wifi, the man to build you a blowtorch filled with molten jello, or who you go to watch sanity dissolve in the form of a man turning a printer into a microwave. Take your pick. Vel’s personality is one of an upbeat and cocky nature. He knows what he’s good at, and he doesn’t take too harshly to negative criticism(outwardly). All in all, he's the de facto goofy nerd.
