Sister Jill is the primary antagonist of the series. She is the sister of Panther Zora, the leader of "Panther Claw." Though not being in charge, she is basically the one running the whole terrorist organization. She's very dangerous and annoyed with the world. Though as the series goes on, this annoyance turns into anger. Jill also has no social life, she's devoted herself to this organization, and refuses to think about herself in any other way. Which is why she keeps denying that she might have an affinity for women.

Personality: Jill is calm and collected. She is a killing machine, and not someone to be trifled with. She is the opposite of Honey. Where she's innocent, Jill is stone cold. Though she gets flustered and defensive when she meets Honey. Cause Honey can tell right away, that Jill has some suppressed emotions. She's confused by Honey, because Jill has never had to think about herself before. She's always been devoted to the organization. So, these questions confound her and further anger her. For the moment of course.

Voice: Jill has a mature and commanding voice. But also with an annoyed exasperated tone. She's never rested, and is always working. The only joy she gets is from toying with her prey, like a cat. The pitch I'm really looking for is something like Marry Elizabeth McGlynn
