The rival of kakarot, at least not so much as of now being number one isn't in the top of Vegeta's list. He's more of how he is in the End of Z or GT by the time this animation takes place compared to him in the Cell saga. Also can somewhat do a Goku impression(taking the ocean dub approach for potara fusion voices for the rewrite)Also since there's only 3 available slots for the lines to say, a charging up and grunting part of the submissions would be appreciated. Its Dragon Ball so can't be afraid to get loud
