Nisshoku asks for help from Kuro to find someone. He is a teenager who mumbles and mispronounces some words, making him very distinctive, and because of that he is not often taken seriously.
We imagine his voice to be a nasal one, he may have a countryside sort of accent, a way of talking differently. For his pitch, something like Child Emperor from OPM or young Gugu from To Your Eternity (examples 1 and 2)
For the interjections part, you can interpret it as it would fit the character (if we cast you, we'll guide you through the "correct" interjections). You can have some ideas for interjections in many videogame videos like LoL or Yakuza for instance (though many of them only have fighting sounds).
