Vance is apart of the RCSCNT clone experiments, but suffers with blindness. Despite his lack of sight, he excels in every other sense and is also rather smart. However, the other clones don't see how useful he really is. He can be a bit cold occasionally, but isn't mean or hostile.


His voice sound sound rather deep and soothing.
