In this scene, Zero is losing the potential love of his life. He tries his best to encourage her to stay with him, but loses all sanity once she dies in his embrace.
The person who voices Zero needs to be able to perform a guttural, anguished scream similar to the Japanese version. You can view the clip on this audition thread.

(Desperation, almost guttural sounding conern) "Just hang in there, okay?"
(Attempting conviction, trying to be gentle even though he's angered deep down) "Iris, a world for Reploids is only a fantasy!"
(Slowly building anguish, losing a loved one his arms, then a guttural scream) "Iris... Iris? Iris? Iris? Iris? No, NO!" (insert anguished, guttural scream) "NO THIS ISN'T HAPPENING! THERE'S NO REASON TO MOVE ON! WHAT AM I FIGHTING FOOOOOOOR!?"
While I like the pitch you use, there needs to be way more emotion. Also, the lines are a tad slow to match the lip flaps. The scream is very hard to do because it is so guttural and reverberating.
