Edmund is the third Pevensie child.  While he has greatly matured since he first arrived in Narnia, he still remains a sarcastic and cheeky person.  However, he is also kind and brave and looks out for all of his siblings, especially Peter.  During the last year as they've all waited to return to Narnia, Edmund has become very close friends with Eva, who was staying at another house near the Professor's mansion.  When she comes to Narnia with them, Edmund finds himself struggling to admit to her what happened with the White Witch.  Later on, Eva almost accidentally brings the Witch back, and Edmund finally shares that he too fell for her charms.  The whole event brings the two of them closer together and they admit that they have feelings for each other during Caspian's coronation.
