This is TarTar, one of the minor supporting characters. He is, for the most part, a gentle soul, big on nature, and pretty easygoing. However, he is very fierce to people he believes are in the way of his love life or have hurt him, and he is not afraid to play Puyo even against his crush. He can be very naive, especially in regard to love.
