Dannie is an independent and strong 23 year old woman, who has been captured by a group of outlaws and needs to escape.

She is desperate, and very much afraid for her life. Before the events of the film, she has been starved and beaten. She is strong, but given the circumstances, she is pretty weak. Part way through the film however, she discovers she is stronger than she thought (like super-human strong), and is able to take matters into her own hands.
