I'm not particularily picky about his voice at all. My first idea was a Dark Elf, as they are commonly associated with the Morag Tong.

Meant to add, was leaning a little more towards their TES3 voice because I cannot for the life of me do their TES5 accents, and I've lived on and off in Australia for a large portion of my life.
