PERSONALITY

Mulilo is incredibly passionate, holding strict moral views that makes sure people will know. He's driven, taking things into his own hands no matter how big the task is. Mulilo can seem rather hostile, refusing to change position when he has his mind set on something and treating others below him when they don't agree. His intentions are at least intended to be pure, fighting for humanity, at whatever the scale that might be.

VOICE

Mulilo has a deep, monotone voice. He enunciates all his words to speak as clearly and sternly as possible. When angry, he doesn't really "yell", instead raising the intensity of his voice so it "booms". Occasionally, Mulilo will do little sound effects with his voice for his technology, so feel free to get creative with those. 

A voice reference would be Fredrik Knudsen of Down The Rabbit Hole. The way he speaks so matter of fact with precise pronunciations is just like Mulilo, though I do imagine him sounding slightly deeper.

Mulilo is from Zambia, so a Zambian accent would be nice but is absolutely not required.

Mulilo's name is probably the hardest to find accurate information on since a lot of online guides actually give it WRONG from what I know, but here are 2 that I believe say it right

I watched news reports featuring people with the surname Nyirenda so I've heard actual humans say the name and it sounds like this, though posting a news report feels odd so I'll just give that.
