1)Good equipments (possibly home studio) and voice should be delivered with full processing.
2)Need a Smooth-Engaging voice. You've to perform in a calm consistent manner (good speed) without much emotions. you can take gap between sentences but there shouldn't be any breath or background voice in the slightest.
