I wishto request an artist to help with a production by creating a background and several sprites of player character for this campaign. They will be, hopefully, done in a PNGtuber like fashion (a speaking sprite and an idle sprite) and can be tied into the background in a manner of existing in an environment and telling a story. I will give concrete examples.
