Naruto spent his early night throwing shuriken and punching at trees. He was exhausted. He sat under a tree to take a short nap. Little did he know, the boy was being watched. 

The next day, Tanjiro waited for Naruto again. The two went off to Tanjiro’s family dojo, where he and his sister, Nezuko, resided. As soon as the door slid open, Nezuko threw a shoe at her sibling; hitting him in the face and knocking him off balance. 

Mizuki proceeded to tell Naruto all about the Scroll of Sealing. He told Naruto that if he took it, he could automatically pass the exam and become a ninja. As gullible as Naruto is, he believed him, and took it without hesitation. He began reading it over in a secluded area at the edge of the forest.
