General Mahad is one of the commanding officers of the sovereign colony armed forces or scaf for short. He is empathic to the lives of his soldiers, he treats other colleagues like his equal but he does have a stricter side. He is in charge of the scaf forces they all answer to him so he should a clear level of authority behind his voice.
