These two characters will be played by the same actor and will have different voices. The Angry Protestor is an older man in his 40's that is loud and annoying. (He only shows up for one scene so it's not a big role)
Frankie is a thug in his mid 20's and is one of those characters that has a calm but demeaning tone behind his voice. He also gets mad very easily and is always on edge

Hey Fundertaker, thank you for your submission. Unfortunately I don't think this voice will suit the characters I'm looking for. Please don't take this the wrong way, as I am looking for someone with a more aggressive and angry tone, rather than angry and passive aggressive. Other than that, I thought your voice acting was solid.
