Tammy is Vicky's best friend and the second girl (along with Vicky) to be transformed. Vicky is more comfortable with the changes initially than the other girls (Kim and Louisa) and sees her transformation as a way to get back to even the score with others. She is Vicky's "cheerleader" often convincing her to push the boundaries more.
