Schmanda for Saya the witch
Saya is our lead. A powerful, but impatient witch who always gets what she wants. She's also very proud and open with her sexuality, mostly to compensate for her own insecurities. She's overall, very dramatic, loves to tease and mess with those around her, but isn't above having her own moments of vulnerability.
For her voice, go for something more dramatic. Always playing up every last word as if she's the lead in a stage play.
Her voice should be a bit higher pitched, though can get a bit deeper whenever she's playing to her more seductive nature.

Update:
Saya should sound bratty but not posh or entitled. She is bragging and flaunting her ego. When flirting, her voice should be lower and playful, NOT over the top or princess-like. She is not royalty.
