Detective palmer is the second out of three main leads in tarragon radio, he is a man who was originally from outside of the city and ended up stumbling into it, now he lives in tarragon and had put on a fake persona to convince people he has always belonged in the city and has a taken on the persona of a noir detective.
the voice of detective palmer is best described as a man who is putting on a front. he is a fast talker and tried his best to prove to others that he has authority in the city as a detective, he wants to be respected by the people of tarragon, but he doesn't understand the ways of the city and that's causes a big rift between him and the others.
[confused]so you killed her? you just straight up murdered someone in public, and is no one concerned about this?
[annoyed] look there's something wrong with this fucking city. i don't know if there is something in the air or if it has always been like this. but this isn't normal, you're not fucking normal.
[calm and collected] I'm not here to talk about the politics of this situation, i just care about the people of the city. will you allow me to do my job and search over the area.
