Homura Akemi's voice is to be fairly similar to her original. As a general she should be able to come of as friendly and Sharp tounged when need be.
She will often have a lot of confidence in her statements she is always correct. her speech pattern will definately be one of the fastest ones of this series and should be voiced as such. There is a high preference that a "Vocally" female voice, voices this character. However we are not strictly casting to this fact.
Homura: I’m so jealous… Of all the people who haven’t met you.
Homura: You’ve gotta speak their language.
Homura: Do you want to be the best? Simple question. (pause) Like no one ever was?
