Assistant Systems Writer
The Assistant Systems Writer's main priority is to help in developing new and existing mechanics for the games system. They will be my primary assistant in turning the world into an RPG and making everything click as a stat and game mechanic. They will also be needed in times of the future to test to make sure their ideas work on paper and in practice. You will for the time being not be required to put in any minimum logged hours as this is a project for fun for the time being. Though as Stated in the main description once we reach 30-40% completion I will be opening a kick starter and several other fundraising projects to help pay all of you guys for your hard work. Once that time comes things will change and there will be a renegotiation of the terms that you feel you deserve for your hard work.

The Assistant Systems Writer will be able to help create and modify things such as:

Race Characteristics
Feats
Advantages and Disadvantages  
Game rules
Magic spells
Items
Monsters and People
Backgrounds
Event Mechanics
Abilities
Requirements: All I need is people with creativity and a bit of talent. I need some passionate people who enjoy both fantasy and a western setting. If you are prone to getting frustrated or mad at hitting a brick wall please do not apply. You do not need any prior experience in writing game systems though if you do that is a huge plus. Though I would prefer it if you have good knowledge of different system mechanics and how they work. Examples would include Cyberpunk Red, DND 3.5 or 5th edition, Star Wars Edge of Empire, Shadow run, and Deadlands.

For your application please just show your creative side to be when it comes to writing any such game mechanics and how they interact with each other along with well-thought names for said mechanics or abilities. These mechanics do not have to be complex all I'm looking for is if you understand how one mechanic or ability needs to be able to link together in some big or small way.   I'm very protective over this property I just created so please don't put anything down you are not comfortable sharing on a public platform.
