He more than often comes off as intimidating and stoic, but he really is a softy at heart especially for his daughter. Dart knows that if he isn’t a hard ass then the dangerous world they live in will come for him and his daughter. And Dart knows that hell would freeze over before anyone harms his daughter while he still draws breath.
