A member of the Neon Knives: a ruthless band of delinquents and troubled individuals who act out against the law and take part in illegal activities.

Slidget can be rebellious in the face of those who go against his clan, but is usually the more reserved bunch in the gang. He is observant and curious, making sure to snuff out any traitors that are a liability to the Neon Knives.

[Special note: I've always envisioned the Neon Knives, this group in particular, having English accents that span the UK (British/Welsh/Scottish) & Ireland (Irish) - specifically young reoffenders from a behavioural and inflection point. I wanted to contrast this with the North American accents from the Troika and City Central Authority figures for contrast and flavour.

Special note #2: Keep his inflection relaxed and well-paced. Aim for a mid-pitched inflection.]
