A Dark Dreamkeeper politician, with a no-nonsense business-like demeanor, is working with his peers to serve the corrupt Nabonidus to take over the city central and districts of Anduruna. He is then executed by a Troika member as part of Operation: Guillotine - a mission to eliminate Dark Dreamkeepers and associations that serve the Nightmares and their ambitions.

I pictured this character to have a rather deep/bassy inflection. He's got a bulky body & bold head - looks like a tough guy, but has the mannerisms of a business person.

[Special note: Nabonidus is pronounced as: NAH-BOH-NAI-DUS]
