Dreamkeepers: The Movie 2 (Assassin's Flaw)
JohnKatona for EVZEN
An intelligent and honest young boy. He has a willingness to help others and is not afraid to take initiative to make it happen. Evzen is loved and taught well by his parents, and despite showing loyalty to others in their time of need he is not reckless and will listen to his parents who advise him to stay home and look after family first.
Evzen's got that boyish charm, is nice and good-looking. Give him that soft inflection to his vocal and pace yourself, don't put in too much fast-energy in his dialogue, like that typical young and optimistic hero in fantasy stories!

This is, uh- Welcome. To Northhavenville.
You wouldn't even know it was long ago listening to my dad. Can you believe he expects me to- interrogate you guys? I'm really sorry.
I guess it'll guarantee you guys'll see me again, right?
Hmm.... HMMMMM.....!! A most interesting inflection. You managed to do an admirable Australian accent but also bear a small hint of North American accent thrown in there. I like this mix. Top that with excellent clarity, good pacing and brilliant acting. I've had a listen to your other auditions and that youthful and energetic inflection is something that I've been looking for in an Evzen. A very solid audition John! I shall be keeping an eye on you! 8-)
Thank you very much for your kind words and great feedback. I hope to work with you someday. I hope all is well and everything is going great for you.
Jesus John, you have any idea how many auditions I went through to review for this character alone? XXD He is HIGH IN DEMAND and there were many who valiantly submitted their auditions and shown promise - even an authentic stab at the Australian accent. I've made my decision and review your work - alongside your auditions of other projects. Congratulations for getting Evzen - I will be in touch with you sometime this coming week! We may tweak his vocal to a more North American-ish accent but so far your take of an Australian accent combined with that to youthful charm to his inflection was perfect. Looking forward to working with you John! And hell, your BAST (whom I've yet to give the full review of everyone's auditions - which is also THE most submitted auditions for a character in this project!) is VERY SOLID too!! That's nuts man. You're an incredibly talented & impressive actor my friend.
Thank you. Thank you very much. I look forward to working with you on this. Hope all is well and you're having a great day.
