Another new, main character! Right now she’s a possible antagonist of the story. Duck, Autor, and Fakir believe her goal right now is to collect the fairies so she can open up a gate to a castle which holds basically immortal power. She is shocked when Princess Tutu comes “back to life.” 

For the vibe of Columbine, I’m thinking she’s independent. “Satanella” is another way to say “female devil in disguise,” so it sounds like she lures the fairies in with her beautiful ballet dancing. Duck focuses on her mask which is a symbol for mystery and disguise. I hope this helps you get a feel for her character!
