Faker is simply an impostor, claiming to be Sonic when he's not. In reality, EXE is just a parasite disguising himself as Sonic (In his faker form) to lure and kill those who are foolish enough to trust him. For hist voice, just do... Sonic... but off?

 I'd like someone else to voice him so he doesn't sound exactly like our Sonic VA... but yeah, he just kinda sounds like Sonic.
