SCOTT: So, I'm trying to change the Halloween party to fit Ava's birthday as well, and I wanted your thoughts on-
VERONICA: Pause. Scott, you need to explain to me why this conversation couldn't have been a text or I'm hanging up.
VERONICA: Stop trying to be everyone's dad!
SCOTT: I'm not a dad!
VERONICA: Hey, Scott, if you have a flight to catch at noon, what time are you gonna get to the airport?
SCOTT: Five A.M. Don't wanna get caught in the lunch rush.
