Legend says that if you go to the mountain you'll find a cat that can grant you any wish.

Vex is the Witch Cat of the mountain. Vex does have actual magic but she only uses it to prank anyone that comes to the mountain. 

She's believes that she's very powerful but her magic is very limited.

She's very mischievous and sometimes even evil.
