Count Bleck's loyal assistant. She is willing to do anything the Count asks of her, whether that stems from loyalty or her covert crush on him. One of her primary characteristics is that she is extremely organized, sticking to a strict schedule at all times, and reprimanding the other minions when they step out of line. She possesses potent hypnosis powers that have aided the Count in converting Bowser's minions and anyone else who dares not comply to come to the side of the Dark Prognosticus. A smidge monotone, cold, conniving, collected, and very smart.
Her voice should be a lower to medium-low feminine voice. She's not monotone, but getting there. Save for one or two ending scenes, she rarely loses her cool and always has RBF face/voice. She says "K" a lot as a primary part of her speech pattern. Think of the cold know-it-all character archetype, and that's her.
- [To COUNT BLECK during the wedding. Professionally keeping him posted.] "Count! Yeah, um, 'K, so preparations are complete…"
- [To COUNT BLECK, then to O'CHUNKS, right before reprimanding him for being defeated. Professional as always, a woman with a plan.] "Yeah, I'll fire off a memo on that… but for now, we have another item on the agenda… O'Chunks, you got a sec?"
- [At Castle Bleck, to PRINCESS PEACH and the minions who haven't been brainwashed. Almost sarcastically trying to convince them to follow COUNT BLECK, but their opinion doesn't matter since she has hypnosis powers.] "See, they've already sworn eternal allegiance to Count Bleck, 'K? And now you need to, so I'll just go ahead and pencil you in for a 10 o'clock brainwashing."
- [PRINCESS PEACH has just been mysteriously teleported away. This comes as a total 180 shock to NASTASIA, foiling her plan to brainwash PEACH.] "What?! That wasn't on my schedule! Where'd she go?"
- [To COUNT BLECK when they are alone. They have just found out LADY TIMPANI is still alive in the form of the pixl TIPPI, COUNT BLECK/LORD BLUMIERE's former lover, of whom all of this is for. She is trying to let COUNT BLECK know that there may be a way to undo this now that he knows TIPPI is alive.] "Yeah, Count...You know, there’s still time...You can change your mind..."
