The timid youngest daughter of Rudolph Holiday, and the second smartest student in class. While a bit of a doormat, Noelle is unfailingly nice and polite to everyone. Originally just a minor NPC in Hometown, Noelle becomes the Guest-Star Party Member and deuteragonist of Chapter 2, where she's kidnapped by Queen so she become her "Willing Peon" in her quest to Take Over the World and create more Dark Fountains. During the "Weird Route", Noelle's role becomes even more important than on the normal route, for better or worse.
A soft and sweet voice is what I seek here, simple as that.
(Wistful) "It's a dream, right? I'd grow big angel wings, and fly as far as I can, gazing back at it all... The skyline shining like holiday lights."
(Flustered) "Y-you're right! Even if I asked her, she'd...probably just laugh at me. And, gosh, push me to the ground, and...l-laugh at me some more, and then... (...What were we talking about again?)"
(Horrified) Why are you wearing... my watch? Wh... when did you...
