Charlie is basically a dork, nerd. He isn't as caring as the other characters, he's usually self-centered. All he cares about is his research and is excited when he gets to talk about SCPs and such. He doesn't exactly have a nerdy voice, but definitely something similar. But is usually a bit anxious and shy. Like Lester from GTA
