Belle is Bouncy and Ovc's friend and Bouncys girlfriend Belle is also Bouncy's oldest friend as the two have been friends ever since they first met on the first day of preschool I would imagine her having a cute high pitched joyful and happy voice sounding some what like the G4 Pinkie Pie form My Little Pony
