1. (calm, direct) It is my job to train you to become the great protectors of this kingdom that you are meant to be.
2. (narrating, happy) What you are about to hear is a tale of excitement and mystery. A story of danger and daring, and the young souls who set out to prove the world wrong. They live in the country of Avovalyn (Uh-voe-vuh-lin), a thriving place with magic and energy filling every inch.
3. I know you want to know about those things, and I do intend to tell you about them—when the time is right. But until then, you just need to enjoy each step of the learning process and learn to be satisfied in the situation you’re in rather than constantly yearning to be somewhere else. You’ll never be content in life if you don’t learn that lesson now.
4. (stern and angry) Now you have a lot of explaining to do, young man. (Looks down hard on Jack) What were you thinking making a scene like that?!
