Tails is a young fox known for his twin tails. He's a bit of a coward, but always looks to Sonic as his mentor of sorts. He's incredibly intelligent but isn't very experienced. Please note, the voice we are looking for here is more in line with his voice post 2006, not the pre 2006 VA's. So please, no young kid voice, it doesn't really work.
