James is very cocky he doesn't tend to think too far ahead on things, when needed he can be very technically smart. when he sets his mind to something it's almost impossible to change it. He's very rude to Alux, and anyone who he thinks is under him.  He respects his superiors and is very loyal to them.  When he makes a promise he intends on keeping it.
