Harlan Greenborough
Marcel Howard Jr. for Tate Degasse
He is a New Orleans criminal legend, a slick-talkin', fast-shootin', bank robbin' bastard of a man. He speaks in a Western/Frontier accent with a touch of Louisiana. My primary inspiration was Walton Goggins' Boyd Crowder from the television series "Justified". Tate is supposed to be a fun early villain, we should want to see him get taken down, but we want to like him until that happens.
Well, that's a rich person's bank, Harlan. Full of rich people's money. I'd say it's a drop in the bucket for them, so to speak. No victims.
Besides, any leader worth his salt would take the chase to the alleys. Cops may own the streets, but it's people like this - imaginary - bank robbers of yours' that know the real ways around this city.
Hypothetical? Now there's a five dollar word. I'd have to be some sort of coal baron, or treasure hunter to afford a word like that.
