Asshole, everyone hates him.  He thinks he's a lot more suave than he actually is.  He speaks in a very formal and refined way and is arrogant and cruel even to his allies.

I really like this voice for Watts, its quite different from the one in the show but honestly that could be a good thing, it could distinguish this character more. Plus this voice is still suave/arrogant which (for all we know right now) are the basis for the character.
