Gruffy is the typical cheesy 1980s generic Saturday morning cartoon villain, his goals are very limited to just "take over the island and rule as a king" but he is however very intimidating and towers over the other cast members despite being more of a schemer. However Gruffy has slowly become more mentally unstable and increasingly more violent causing him to break the rules of a kids cartoon villain. He eventually suffers an extensional crisis questioning his existence and becoming very unhinged and scary  (NOTE: He plays a big part in the first chapter thus why the payment is so equal to a supporting character :)
