Raiden is an abrasive but well-meaning individual. He cares deeply about others and has a strong sense of justice and loyalty. As such, his way of speaking can be a little rough but usually isn't very loud.
Raiden is a trans-masc character so it would be ideal for a trans-masc VA to play him!
Voice: Medium pitch but kind of quiet, a little bit of a rough tone
