- You, I recognize you. You’re the one who’s been spreading the use of the ASAM sensors.
(Mild, concealed anger. Seems unapproving of Player's actions)
- You're also the one who’s been provoking the Gunners. The one whose actions have unbalanced, and thrown the entire Commonwealth into turmoil!

Player:
I did what had to be done.

Theresa:
Ugh. C’mon, Sal! Don’t start pinning all that “disrupting the balance” crap on us! It's the Gunners who started this war! We just fought back.
Besides, looking around this little camp of yours -- seems like you’re preparing to dish out a little "turmoil" of your own.

Salvador:
(Matter of factly)
- Not turmoil, Theresa. Equilibrium.
(Stoic, but with purpose)
- This "war", the chaos and destruction. It mustn't be allowed to continue! We plan to fight back. The Gunners want a war? I’ll give them one.

Theresa:
That's why we're here, Sal. We want you to join us. To help us fight this war.

Salvador:
(Mildly intrigued)
- I see. Intriguing...
(Blunt)
