Harvey Dent is the former District Attorney of Gotham City. An ambitious man, he worked alongside Mayor Borg and Police Commissioner James Gordon to clean up crime and corruption to make the city's streets safer. These efforts were also assisted by the vigilante Batman, who helped in their efforts to combat Carl Grissom and the Joker. However, after a series of riots instigated by criminals inspired by Batman and the Joker, Dent began a campaign to take down the Dark Knight and expose his identity. Harvey Dent's likeness is to be based on Billy-Dee Williams (Lando Calrissian in Star Wars).
