Sergeant Dell is Captain Rebecca's right-hand man. He follows her orders, but also steps in with ''friendly suggestions'' when Rebecca is too tough on her men...or anyone. He is a well-learned man who, inspite of his fancy foreign education, prefers the life of a soldier. He is brave and loyal and well-spoken.
(after his boss just yelled at some people)
What my well-intentioned captain is trying to convey, is that we are thankful for your assistance and that you will be rewarded fairly, considering the gravity of the situation and the depth of your bravery.
(Shouting to the soldiers right before a battle)
You heard the captain men! Let us march at a pace that is quick yet sustainable! Let us exclaim words of passion and roars of defiance! Let us move forward in a matter that will inspire fear in the hearts of our enemies!
(after all the soldiers look at him confused)
