Ukyo is a man of big heart and principle, who always carries out his words. He is a cheerful, smiley, teasing and child-like redheaded man who doubles as an extremely skilled swordsman. Ukyo loves eating, and has a huge Sweet Tooth. When he is working (whether it be for his day job or as a vigilante), he is very serious and level headed. When he is off of work, he is childlike and lights to fight a lot (in a playful way). Outside the vigilante group, he works as a high-ranked police commissioner. He does have strong emotions, but tries to keep them on check for the sake of everyone.

Voice: Up for interpretation, but a brotherly & cheerful voice on the higher end would also work.
