Looking for a mechanical artist skilled at drawing weapons and technology, as we will be redesigning many of the iconic weapons in RWBY.

This is to keep all weapon designs up to par with the reworked characters, and also to suit a 2D visual medium better, with more focus on simpler transformations and more distinct silhouettes/shapes, since we do not have the benefit of 3D animation to complement the canon weapon designs.

Our general philosophy with the weapons are: Strong, distinct shapes; Larger than life; Big, flashy attacks; and Weighty mechanical parts. Weapons in this world are made of both metal and from bones of monsters called Grimm, combined together to create huge weapons capable of killing even more gigantic creatures.

Some references for weapon design I mainly take from are Monster Hunter [1] - [2] and Guilty Gear Strive [2].

Nice design I like the way the weapon is shaped and the way its shapes and angles add up. It also kind of reminds me of the shotaxe the combination of a shotgun and a war ax. Or the head clippers which are two short swords that can connect to create what is akin to large hedge clippers which can pin your neck to the wall, grab weapons, and chop grim heads off. Maybe I have a little bit too many ideas that can not be visualized like the slasher hands a pair of prosthetics that had fingers which can in large to 5 times their average length which is basically meatal fingers that are nothing but blades to slash apart grim. In other words, I really like what you are doing in your designs (P.S I feel that it helps to also visualize how your weapon would look in combat and how they move in combat and how the character wielding it would use it in a combat scenario)
