Character - Uiharu is a Judgement Officer but she's more the tech person of the squad. She just types away on her computer.
Personality - Mature, reserved and slightly timid. However she does get pretty crazy as well.
Voice - High Pitch voice. She has a gentle and soft way of speaking, like an angel or princess. However she also sounds mature for her age as she is responsible. But she also does bursts into some crazy rants and sounds like a karen but a loli, think of her like a Pomerainian Dog or someone with a Napoleon Complex.
