Barbara Wilkerson is one of the two main anchors for The YouToplius Scoop - The #1 Daily News Program for all Creators and Creations!
Essentially, it's her job to handle "Breaking News" reports as they come in (For example, a certain dj and a certain inventor squaring off against each other).
She's just a calm, young woman (Early to Mid 20s, give or take) that loves doing her job, despite not being very emotional and having a more "professional" tone - mainly due to the fact that she has seen so much shit in YouToplius that nothing seems to even remotely faze her anymore.
As for her voice, I can imagine her sounding like a typical news anchor - Jeannette Reyes, for example.

[Calm] Earlier this evening, another unknown creation was causing mayhem in Downtown YouToplius. In the footage that was captured by several eye witnesses, the creation in-question can be seen destroying a car effortlessly with a sword.
