Rosa is one of the village elders and the current healer of the village. She's a sharp old woman who acts like everyone around her can piss off. In truth, she's quite protective of the people she likes and hopes that by scolding them they can learn.

Rosa is sixty-eight years old and has a raspy, grumbly voice that wavers between deep and medium pitched. While her voice is raspy, it is still firm.

(Impatient) “You’ve been blessed by a god, girl.”
(Uninterested) “Do you have anything for me? No? then go.”
(Scolding) “I’ve been alive four times as long as you, and I’ve never witnessed anything dumber than what you did. Mourwen’s not cruel, but she sure as hell isn’t good.”

I've been an elementary drama teacher for 15 years. I specialize in character voices and educational reads. I've been acting since I was a child and love to play a variety of characters. I have a background in theatre, and improv. I recently worked at a professional children’s theatre in the education department and also played the Step Mother in their production of Cinderella. I have done numerous community theatre performances and one of my favorites was playing multiple roles in “The History of America Abridged” I also was a member of a competitive improv group and an ensemble improv troupe. Most recently I’ve been teaching and directing children and teens as a drama teacher at a public school in an urban area. I love to perform for children and do puppet voices as well. I am able to give animated characters a great voice. I have experience in voice over I have voiced an animated character for business, a YouTube channel and a audio drama. I’d love to voice your character!
